    Additional programming is included in this plan if you wish to workout independently a few times a week.

    Looking to see results ASAP? We will meet in-person 3x a week (12x per month) to work towards your goals.

    Additional workout programming is included in this plan if you wish to workout 4 or 5 times a week.
